How does The Give Back Campaign make money?

How much does it cost to join The Give Back Campaign?
Joining the program is just $295 pa in Australia. $295 USD pa in the USA, $325 NZD pa in New Zealand.

How do I pay for my donations?
You will pay $100 in your local currency into a prepaid donations account when you sign on. When your account balance falls to $20 or less you will be sent a request for a top uup to $120 so that at all times your donation account is in credit. The balance of these funds are 100% refundable should you decide to leave the program.

How do I process a transaction?
Once you have our Merchant App on your phone or tablet or via your PC, follow the three simple steps. Ask the customer for their phone number, enter the amount spent and your merchant pin number and press submit. You've just submitted a transaction. You can also now process transactions via our consumer app when the consumer presents their app to you at time of purchase payment.

How often do you top up my account?
The system will trigger a top up request to you once your Prepaid Donations account balance goes below $20.

Will the system automatically notify me to top up?
Yes we will send you an email linked to our payment processor that once followed will allow you to top up your account..

What amount will the top up be?
We will send you a request for $100 each time a top up is required.

Can I change my % rate I offer?
Yes you can change the % or $ Give Back rate whenever you choose.

Can I offer a promo bonus for a period of time?
Yes you can and this rate will override the standard rate you have for the duration of the bonus period.

Can I view all my transactions?
Yes you can view all these by date of transaction.

Can I see what organisations I have supported?
Yes each transaction triggered by a supporter will provide you with who made the purchase, the organisation who benefited and the individual campaign.

Can I claim a tax deduction for my donations?
Yes all organisations that you have contributed to will issue you with a tax deductible receipts if they are registered to issue such receipts. If the organisation isn't registered to give tax deductible receipts you wont be able to claim the donation as such.
